Our Home Healthcare cases are evaluated and supervised by a Registered Nurse. We will develop a plan of care specifically designed for your needs and will remain in contact with you to make sure we are living up to your expectations. We make home visits to assess the healthcare program we provide to make sure our staff is providing you with a continum of care written. We emphasize strong communication within our company and want to gain your trust and confidence by communicating effectively with our clients, family members and home care staff to allow us to service you better. Charges are determined during the evaluation and care planning. The care plan and charges are reviewed at 6 month intervals or any time there is a significant change in care needs occur. At that time the reivew of care takes place it may increase or decrease according to the level of care provided. We are trained and have experience in treating a wide and diverse group of clients. Our caregives are trained to observe and recognize subtle changes in our clients demeanor or conditions. Our administrative office is open for business Monday-Friday, 9 am-4:30pm. Gentle Hands Home Healthcare Services participates in Medicaid, private pay, and takes most types of insurances on a case by case basis. Our staff deals directly with the insurance companies to arrange for your care and payment plans. Our team of nurses and companions are specifically trained to be your eyes and ears in a loved one's home. We provide home assessments to help ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
Our companions will be there to run errands, exercise, personal care, meal preparations, household tasks, cleaning and other activities that are necessary to run a household.
Our LPN's will accompany your loved ones to a physicians appointment, manage medications and coordinate care with other health care professionals.
Our registered nurses will supervise and oversee each and every client. Communication with the faimly will be done by your RN on a regular basis in the manner that works for your family. Rates will be guaranteed for twelve months for the plan that is chosen. Paymens can be made on a schedule that works best for your family.
